Huaxizi unveils new series in first-ever global product launch
Huaxizi, or Florasis in English, a Chinese beauty brand with cultural and aesthetic attributes, held its first global new product launch in Shanghai on Wednesday, unveiling new cosmetic technologies and introducing its latest series.
The new Hua Yang Yu Rong series, featuring core products such as foundation, loose powder, and high-quality serum lipsticks showcasing innovative technologies developed by Huaxizi, aims to offer consumers makeup solutions for achieving a healthy complexion.
The series was officially launched on Huaxizi's Tmall and JD flagship stores on Wednesday and will gradually become available worldwide through Huaxizi's brand website, international e-commerce platforms, and offline stores.
Ren Gangrui, vice president of Huaxizi's parent company EastGarden Group, highlighted that the brand has served over 50 million users and amassed 200,000 active product experience ambassadors in the past seven years.
Ren emphasized, "The new series, developed over four years, is not only a result of scientific research and innovation but also a collaborative effort between Huaxizi and our users. Our goal is to empower individuals to discover confidence through Eastern beauty. By integrating technology, aesthetics, and culture, we strive to propel high-quality development within the Chinese cosmetics industry and showcase China's new quality beauty to the world."
As of April 2024, Huaxizi holds over 300 patents, including over 90 invention patents and nearly 30 patents related to floral plant extract materials.
During the launch , Huaxizi partnered with the Shanghai Jiao Tong University Technology Transfer Center to unveil the jointly established laboratory focusing on beauty technology innovation, research, and development.
"The technological advancements and industrial upgrades in the beauty and cosmetics industry not only brings personalized beauty experiences to consumers but also drives the sustainable development of the beauty industry," stated Yan Deyue, a chair professor at Shanghai Jiao Tong University and an academician of the Chinese Academy of Sciences.
He further expressed, "The collaboration between Shanghai Jiao Tong University and Huaxizi is not only an important milestone in the strategic development of both parties but also a vivid practice of deep integration of technology and culture."
